Liliana Coutinho, therapeutic Chi Kung instructor at ESMTC – Higher School of Traditional Chinese Medicine and member of APCKTT – Professional Association of Therapeutic Chi Kung and Tai Chi. She has been practicing since 2005, having started his practice using Dr. Yayama's method and the Tokitsu Ryu School, together with the practice of Tai Chi and the martial discipline of Jisei Budô. He is 1st Dan of Dr. Yayama's Chi Kung Method and 2nd Dan of Jisei Budô. Cultural programmer and researcher.
Fazer Comum ['Do Common'] is a programme for the habitation of the AND Lab Space, in Lisbon, whose main objective is to contribute to the dynamisation of the artistic and cultural fabric of Lisbon, providing space for work, dialogue, meeting, research and sharing of practices within the scope of work AND Lab - Art, Politics, Community. Extensive (self)care and expression-creation practices are welcomed, such as regular classes/sessions, specific workshops and artistic residencies. There is also space for event proposals such as study groups, book launches, conferences and lectures, meetings and gatherings, exhibitions and informal presentations, among others.
