Collaborative Practices Program | 'AND Hap' Exhibitions
Lab Nosotrxs
Public Sharing | Beatriz Silva
AND Lab Space, Lisbon
The AND Hap exhibitions are temporary meeting areas that periodically open the AND Lab Space to the outside, inviting the public to be accomplices and participants in unique situations of sharing what is happening here in terms of creation and research. The AND Hap exhibitions are activated several times a year, hosting, in the form of happenings, different types of events, ranging from open rehearsals and process displays of the residencies hosted at the Space to proposals such as interventions and performances, lectures and conferences, gatherings and parties, etc. In addition, we also activate the AND Hap interface to periodically share our emerging artifacts and to mark the beginnings and ends of each season of our programming.
This event is the result of the Lab Nosotrxs Workshop, which will take place at the AND Lab Space from April 21st to 24th, during which Beatriz will investigate potential transcriptions for the public space, from a performative perspective, of experiences of feminine bodies.
The Lab Nosotrxs workshop is in turn the result of a residency at the AND Lab space for Beatriz's research-creation, in an open and dialogical process. The result that is shared and that we invite you to join is, therefore, more than a presentation, an invitation to test, to talk and to exchange, not only with Beatriz Silva, but also with the participants, and also with the processes in the hopes of unveiling some intuitions of what the continuation of this proposal could be.
The activity is free, with no need to register but subject to the capacity of the space.
